Introduction
WYLD Society GmbH (“WyldSociety”, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) offers its mobile application (the “App”) and related services, including but not limited to events, venues, and other personal interactions (collectively, the “Service”), subject to the following Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time, the “Terms”).
By submitting an application to Wyld Society, creating a Wyld Society account, RSVPing or attending an event, or otherwise using the Service in any form, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy: wyldsociety.io/legal/privacy-policy.
We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be indicated by the date of the latest version at the top of this page. Our Terms can always be found here: wyldsociety.io/legal/terms-and-conditions.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept and comply with all the Terms, please do not use the Service.
Application and Registration Process
Application: To access the App, potential users must complete a brief application. Accepted users receive membership free of charge.
Selection: All applications are considered, but Wyld Society retains full discretion over membership decisions. Criteria may include:
Applicant’s social media presence
Connections with existing members
Potential engagement and enjoyment of the App
Waiting List: Applicants who are not granted access will be placed on a waiting list, which is continuously reviewed.
Notifications: By submitting an application, you agree to receive communications (text messages, emails, push notifications) from us regarding your application status and related updates.
Registration: Members must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
Venues & Service Providers: Venues must purchase a subscription to offer promotions. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Payments are processed via Stripe. WyldSociety does not store payment information.
Terms of Use
Legally Binding Agreement
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WyldSociety.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
By registering or attending events, you confirm that you can enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
Term & Termination
Members may terminate accounts at any time via the App.
WyldSociety may suspend or terminate accounts without notice for any reason (including violations, inactivity, or behavior against the ideals of membership).
Upon termination, your account and related data may be deleted.
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
User Interactions, Meetings & Events
WyldSociety is not responsible for the conduct of users or experiences at venues/events.
You are solely responsible for your interactions and behavior.
User Content
You are solely responsible for the content you post related to Wyld Society.
Prohibited content: offensive, misleading, abusive, obscene, illegal, or rights-infringing.
WyldSociety may remove members who negatively impact the community or reputation.
Member Obligations
Respect venue/host requirements (punctuality, dress codes, behavior, promotions).
Violations (e.g., tardiness, inappropriate conduct) may lead to account deletion.
Prohibited Activities
Misuse of the Service, harassment, impersonation, law violations, or disruptive behavior.
Intellectual Property
WyldSociety owns all proprietary rights in the Service.
Use of our content without consent is prohibited.
Use of Content by Venues
By attending WyldSociety events and posting content, you grant participating venues the right to use related photos, videos, and materials for marketing purposes without additional compensation.
Additional Terms for Venues (Introductory Free Access)
Brand Tagging: Venues must ensure that members also tag @wyldgroup in posts where the venue is tagged.
Use of Venue Name & Media: Wyld Society may use your venue’s name, logo, and related media in marketing.
Revocation: Free access is temporary. WyldSociety may transition to a paid model with prior notice.
Third-Party & Technical Terms
Third-Party Websites: WyldSociety is not responsible for external links.
Social Networks: By signing in through social networks, you authorize access to related information.
Mobile Services: Data or service charges may apply.
No Maintenance Guarantee: Service is provided “as is,” without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free use.
Push Notifications & Location: By using the App, you agree to receive communications and, if enabled, share location data.
Legal Provisions
Disclaimer: Service is provided “as is,” with no warranties.
Limitation of Liability: WyldSociety’s liability is capped at €50.00.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes are to be resolved amicably or through courts in Germany.
