When you apply as a Creator or Brand, we collect the data provided in the application form (e.g. name, email, Instagram handle, description of your brand or profile). This data is used exclusively to process your application and to onboard you to our community.
3. Legal Basis
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) as well as our legitimate interest in maintaining a curated community pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
4. Recipients of the Data
Your application is forwarded internally via Telegram to the Wyld Society team. It is not shared with any unrelated third parties.
5. Storage Duration
We store your data for as long as is necessary to process your request and for your membership in Wyld Society. On request, we will delete your data at any time, provided no statutory retention obligations prevent this.
6. Your Rights
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). Please send requests to info@wyldsociety.io.

7. Hosting and Technical Provision
This website is hosted via Lovable Cloud. When you access the site, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, user agent) is automatically processed to enable the delivery of the page.
8. Cookies
This website does not use any tracking cookies. Only technically necessary storage mechanisms are used, for example to save form drafts locally.
